October Meadows
An early start on the trail enabled arrival at these meadows when the light was still prime for the shot. Usually a heavy snow area, Chester Lake, Kananaskis Country, Alberta, had yet to receive its usual heavy blanket, with only this light layer present, the first of the season. One of the most popular destinations for hikers, climbers and all outdoor enthusiasts. Chester lake never fails to please. These are the meadows just before one reaches Chester Lake itself.
