Western Star Flower

Western Star Flower

There are millions of them every year during spring. In the woods, along the trail, in just about every piece of spare ground. They go by several names. May Star, Western Star Flower, Star of Bethlehem. Usually pink, sometimes white. The bloom no bigger than a dime. Most often two blooms at a time from each plant. But always, always a joy!
