I was just about to leave on this occasion. I'd come for a potential sunset, and, although pleasant , it had come and gone.
The gentleman in the kayak I had seen leave about an hour earlier. He was now returning. There was little in the way of sound from any source, truly a surrealistic vision. The Strait of Georgia had never seemed so tranquil.
