East Sooke Regional Park
East Sooke Regional Park on Vancouver Island boasts over 10 km of hiking trails, and although not mountainous as such, the trails there can be very rugged especially along the shoreline of The Juan de Fuca Strait. This characteristic rock outcrop is situated next to Creyke Point. (See also, the previous photograph in this gallery)
Several explorable coves and bays offer hours of discovery for the adventurous.
